Single Teams - Live Healthy America

Friends, familiy members and neighbors are invited to register their team. Co-workers can also register a team in this category if their worksite has not already registered as a Company & Organization program. Below is some useful information about Friends and Family teams.

• Participation in Live Healthy America is limited to adults because of issues related to collecting data (e.g., weight) from minors. Because children can be adults' strongest motivator and adults are certainly the most important role models for their children, Live Healthy America encourages families to work together to adopt healthy habits.
• Each Friends & Family team will have its own Team Dashboard where captains and individual team members can post messages to each other, submit weekly weight or physical activity and see how their team ranks with other teams registered with Live Healthy America.
• If you have friends or family members spread accross the country, Live Healthy America will help you create a communication network that will enable your friends and family to inspire each other to live healthier lifestyles.
• The captain's home address will serve as the shipping address for all team members.
