When do I report my weight and/or minutes of activity? |
| A: | For the Live Healthy program you will record your weight and/or minutes of activity each week on Friday. |

How do I record my data? |
| A: | Click on the "Record/Edit Data" link located in the red box at the left of your personal dashboard. Choose which reporting period you want to record your information for and click on that date. You must have data entered for all previous recording periods before entering data for the current recording period. Enter your weight and/or minutes of activity. Enter your CURRENT weight, not the number of pounds lost. Click "Submit" when you are finished. |

How do I edit my data? |
| A: | Click on the "Record/Edit Data" link located in the red box at the left of your personal dashboard. Click on the date that you would like to edit. Re-type your correct information and click "Submit" to update your data. |

How do I record data for my team members? |
| A: | Click on the "Record Team Data" link in the blue box at the left of your personal dashboard. Click on the "Edit" link to the right of the team member's name that you wish to record for. Enter their information and click "Update" to submit their data. |

How do I edit my team members' information? |
| A: | Click on the "Record Team Data" link in the blue box at the left of your personal dashboard. Click on the "Edit" link to the right of the team member's name that you wish to edit data for. Click "Update" to submit that team member's data. Note: if a team member has logged in with their personal username and password the team captain will no longer be able to record or edit data for that team member. |

How do I find my team on the leaderboard? |
| A: | Select "Leaderboards" in the red box at the left of your personal dashboard. Choose the program that you are participating in. If you used a start code to register your team with a worksite or organization, select your business or organization from the "Business/Organization" pull down box. If you would like to view your ranking within your state, select your state from the "State" pull down box. If you would like to view your ranking within your city or county, first select your state from the "State" pull down box and then select your city or county from the appropriate pull down box. The tabs directly above the leaderboard allow you to view your ranking by weight loss or minutes of activity. The number displayed for the weight loss rankings is the total percentage lost by your team. The number displayed for the minutes of activity rankings is the average number of minutes per person. The team total is also shown in parenthesis below the average. |

How do I post a message? |
| A: | Click on "Messages" in the red box at the left side of your personal dashboard. Click the "Post Message" box. Select the team members who you wish to post a message to. You can post messages to multiple team members by holding the "Ctrl" key and clicking on team members' names. Type your message and click "Submit" to post your message. |

How do I retrieve my password? |
| A: | On the homepage under the username and password boxes there is a "Forgot my password" link. Fill in your information and your password will be emailed to you. If you continue to have difficulty with your password please call 1-888-282-0822 and the LUA staff will assist you. |

How do I use my daily journal? |
| A: | You can keep track of your weight and/or minutes of activity more frequently using your Daily Journal. Click on the "Daily Journal" link in the red box to the left of your dashboard. Click on "New Journal Entry". Choose the date of your jounral entry and compile your entry. You can enter your current weight and enter multiple physical activities. You must enter text in the text box to submit your entry. When you are finished click "Submit". The Daily Journal will keep a running total of all of your activity minutes and will provide you with a weekly sub-total before you record your data. Keep in mind that this is not where you record your weekly data, this is for your personal use only. |
