The Live Healthy America 100 Day-Challenge is a team-based weight loss and physical activity program that will assist you and your teammates in making positive changes that lead to a healthier lifestyle. By competing in LHA you will begin to form healthy habits through physical activity and improved nutrition.
Friends, families and coworkers from teams that track weight loss and/or minutes of activity in a competition of who can accumulate the most during the 100 Day Challenge.

The 5-Factor Hollywood Workout routine, just like Harley's 5-Factor Diet, is simple: You’ll do 5 workouts a week, each 25 minutes long and broken into five 5-minute phases.
